======TVP Boosters and Insurance Limited====== Here at The Valhalla Project, we understand that ship losses will occur. You can be the best pilot have the best ship fit, do everything right and still die. While we train our FCs to be safe and efficient, we want our pilots to risk as little as possible. For that reason we have an insurance program. **The Valhalla Project Boosters and Insurance Limited**. 15,000,000 Isk covers you for 24 hours for FC and for Logi error. Coverage starts 15 minutes after payment, and all payments should have the reason "Insurance" or "SRP". =====What is covered===== TVP Boosters and Insurance, covers HQ fleets run by F badges and badges of higher ranks. Should you lose your ship in a fleet being FCed by a T badge or P badge, you will be covered - so long as they are being back seated by an appropriate rank. ====Guidelines==== If you lose your ship, you will receive the hull value minus insurance value, plus any fitted modules that did not drop, as long as you paid 15mil into the corp in the last 24hrs, as long as the following guidelines are met; * Due to pilot abuse, that pay their insurance only when aggressed we have introduced a 15 minuets timer. Insurance needs to have been paid 15 minutes before your kill mail * Your loss mail was less than 24 hours from your premium payment (subject to the new 15 min rule). * Your loss was inside a site with the fleet. * Your loss was not the result of you being afk without first advising the FC. * Your ship's tank is fit exactly as you linked it when you 'x'd up' for a fleet invite. * Your kill mail is sent to your Fleet FC with details of the loss from your point of view for forwarding to insurance team ====Officer Modules==== Please note officer modules are not covered by SRP. While we would love to cover these modules, unfortunately due to a large number of factors it is not doable. Should you loose a ship with Officer Modules you will be compensated for the most expensive Deadspace or Faction equivalent. =====Booster Tips===== To run our fleets safely and efficiently we use combat warfare link boosters. Our boosters will often help us 24 hours at a time and therefore their accounts are tied up and cannot be used to make any isk. If you wish to support the boosters you can do so by making voluntary tips to the TVP Boosters and Insurance Ltd corp with the reason "Booster Tip". Tips are then paid out to the boosters at the end of each month based on how much time they spent boosting. We recommend One Million Isk per site, however any and all donations are voluntary. Our boosters and FCs do not find out who does and does not tip, there is no repercussions for not tipping, nor are there any special benefits for tipping boosters.
